MCXXM is a retail sales company based out of Tempe, Arizona. We currently operate in Arizona, California, Nevada, Georgia, Florida and soon to be, Philadelphia & Wilmington.

Pay

  • The position is salaried plus sales commission for leading your team.
  • In this role you are NOT responsible for individual sales and instead, you are driving the sales and sales commissions for the team you lead.
  • You can anticipate an average of $75,000 - $90,000 annually of on target pay with high-performing leaders making over $100,000.

Duties of the Store Manager (DM in Training)

  • Effectively lead, coach, and inspire your sales team on a daily basis to achieve and surpass monthly goals
  • Drive operational efficiency to help minimize risk and protect the store's assets. 
  • Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators. Identify ways to manage and control store expenses.
  • Be the brand! Represent the client and our company with the utmost standards and ethics.
  • Maintain a successful business and implement practices beneficial to the growth and development of YOUR BUSINESS.

Required Qualifications

  • Computer skills and knowledge of common business applications, such as Outlook, Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in coaching and leading others in a sales environment
  • Experience in handling customer escalations
  • At least 1+ year of commissioned sales management experience
